Who am I? Really.

Parts of me would consider myself a poet. I aspire to be a writer, an author, gain a masters in MLS, a bachelors in english, and have always loved to write since I was about 8 years old. It’s something I knew I wanted to do with my life. As a young woman, who started this blog at only 16. Some struggles come with my dream. My passion for rhythm and rhyme is a big part of my life. But sometimes I feel like I’ll never get exactly where I want to be. But then I remember I’m human. Which, to me, poets and humans are interchangeable words. I believe all humans are born poets, from the way they feel to the way they breathe. Poetry isn’t one singular subject, but everything and anything combined to make human life. I want to explain this and share this with many. Here’s a question to think about: Does pain become art the moment we choose to feel it deeply?
